Whole-house RO
Reverse osmosis for every tap, not just the kitchen.
Signs you may need it
- Salty or mineral taste
- White film on dishes a softener didn't fix
- Water test shows high TDS (total dissolved solids)
- Existing filter can't keep up
Good to know: Pre-filters and membranes need replacing periodically. A water test up front tells us if RO is overkill or exactly right.
Water softeners
Removes the hard minerals that cause scale.
Signs you may need it
- Crusty buildup on faucets and shower heads
- Water heater failing early
- Soap that won't lather
- Hard-water spots in tubs and on glass
Good to know: Needs salt added on a schedule. Sized by household water use and hardness level.
Sulfur pocket systems
Air injection that pulls rotten-egg smell and iron out of well water.
Signs you may need it
- Rotten-egg smell at the taps
- Black or rust-colored stains in fixtures
- Water smells worse when hot
- On a private well
Good to know: No chemicals added. A periodic air-draw check keeps it working.
Pressure tanks
Holds pressurized water so your pump isn't working every time you open a tap.
Signs you may need one
- Pump cycling on and off rapidly
- Water pressure that bounces
- Banging sound near the tank
- Visible corrosion or a waterlogged tank
Good to know: Replacement is usually faster and cheaper than people expect. Ignoring it kills the pump.
Well pumps
Installation and repair of submersible and jet pumps.
Signs of pump trouble
- No water at all
- Air spitting from the taps
- Pump running but no pressure building
- Tripped breaker on the well circuit
Good to know: We rule out the cheap fixes first (breaker, switch, tank pressure) before pulling a pump.
Aerator pumps
Pumps air into sulfur and iron treatment systems.
Signs of aerator trouble
- Sulfur smell came back after treatment was working
- Iron staining returning to fixtures
- Quiet treatment tank (no audible draw)
Good to know: Usually a service item, not a full system replacement.
Repairs and service
We work on equipment we didn't install.
Good candidates for service
- Existing system stopped working
- Previous installer is out of business
- You inherited a system with the house
- You want a second opinion on a quote
Good to know: Tell us the make and model if you know it. We'll say on the phone whether we can get parts.
