How we approach the job.
Residential water treatment equipment is a significant investment, and the wrong system will not solve the underlying problem. We prefer to start with a short conversation about what you are experiencing before recommending any hardware.
Diagnosis comes first. A softener will not remove a sulfur odor. A failing pressure switch can look like a bad pressure tank. Identifying the actual cause is what determines the right fix, and the scope of work is often smaller than people expect.
Our quotes reflect the real scope of the job. If something unexpected turns up once we are on site, you will hear about it before we proceed, and we will recommend the simplest solution that resolves the issue rather than the largest.
If equipment we install does not perform as promised, we return and correct it.
Our process
- You call and describe the symptoms at the tap.
- We ask questions and, if needed, schedule a visit to test and inspect.
- You receive a clear explanation of the problem and the options for resolving it.
- You decide. We do the work.
